This book discusses testing your medicine using Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) – a technique used in organic chemistry. It is a “qualitative” way of identifying the chemical compounds in plants – in this case, testing Indica buds for cannabinoids.

The results?

We expected to see the cannabinoids THC and CBD, however, in testing three strains of Indica Skunk, neither of the strains revealed any CBD.

This is NOT to say that Indica strains do not posses the cannbinoid known as cannabidiol (CBD), just not in the skunk strains preferred by some.
