It’s Brandy with Green Wellness Life. Today I wanted to chat about CBD patches. Why would you use a CBD patch? They can be great to relieve aches and pains and help with issues that you’re having in a specific area of the body. They can release CBD right to that specific area to get to work quickly for you.

We’ve got a few different CBD patch options here at Green Wellness Life. The first one is from Pure Ratios. That comes in a one or a five pack. In both cases, the patch is exactly the same. When you open up the packet, you’re going to see a little alcohol swab, so you can clean the area to make sure the patch adheres properly for you. Then you’ve got your circular patch, which looks like a band-aid. This is our only patch that lasts longer than one day. This is a four day patch. It’s got a time release and it’s going to keep releasing that CBD to the spot for you for that four days. It’ll release 10mg of CBD per day. If you have sensitive skin, this patch may not be the best fit, just because you’re leaving something in place on your skin for a four day period.

Next up, we have Mary’s. Mary’s is a square patch – one day version. Pretty similar in size to the Pure Ratios patch. It’s going to release CBD for a one day period, but you can put it anywhere that you like and it’s releasing 10mg of CBD. Both the Mary’s patch and the Pure Ratios patch are full-spectrum options.

Lastly, we have Social CBD’s patches. We have two patch options from Social. One is a 20mg and one is a 60mg. Both of the patches are going to be considerably larger than the other patches and they’re isolate patches – just CBD and no other cannabinoids. The patches are less like a band-aid and more like sticky film. They’re both one day patches, but they are a little stronger at 20 or 60mg in a day. Both of the Social patches also come in a 3-pack.
