Cannabis Law – The Path to Legalization in New York

The cannabis industry is expanding due to legalization efforts in New Jersey and legalization bills in New York and neighboring states. This legalization brings intense regulatory scrutiny from many perspectives including: public health, public safety, social equity, economic development, taxation, and government.
