Dr. Denis Petro, MD – Testimony – PA HB1393 Medical Marijuana Hearing

12/2/2009 The PA House Health and Human Services Committee held the historic first hearings on medical marijuana in the Commonwealth. Public testimony on HB 1393 The Barry Busch Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act was heard for over three hours. Pennsylvanians for Medical Marijuana arranged for Dr. Petro to speak on behalf of researchers doing work on cannabinoids and raw plant material. Dr. Petro is a board certified neurologist and has practiced in numerous states in the USA.
