Five topless Extinction Rebellion protesters arrested in Sydney CBD
Five Extinction Rebellion protesters were arrested yesterday in Sydney’s CBD after they vandalised a building while painted topless in flames to be symbolic of the 2019/20 bushfires.
The rebels rallied inside the building of NSW Independent Commission, spray painting the window and attempting to glue their hands to it.
They were there to protest a recently approved $3.6 billion dollar Narrabri gas plan.
Around 30 police officers asked the group to move on but after they refused they were arrested
