Man petitions senate to legalise Marijuana

A petition seeking to have Cannabis Sativa decriminalized and legalized in the country ignited debate in the Senate on Wednesday. Gwada Ogot, a resident of Siaya County wants the Senate to initiate a legislation deleting Cannabis also known as bhang from the list of narcotics and have anyone incarcerated on the basis of dealership in the drug acquitted and released.
