Matatu operators cry foul over NMS directive barring PSV vehicles from CBD starting December

On December 1st, all public service vehicles will be barred from accessing the central business district in Nairobi. While it’s only one week to that date, the Nairobi metropolitan services (NMS) is in the last-minute rush to have the new bus termini ready on time. And as KTN’s Emmanuel Too reports, some stations are yet to be completed even as the move experiences resistance.
