Police arrest man in Melbourne CBD after city goes into lockdown | ABC News

Melbourne’s CBD was on high alert and locked down today after a man drove into the city behaving erratically and doing doughnuts in a major city intersection.

It was frighteningly reminiscent of the behaviour of Bourke Street killer James Gargasoulas.
