Caroline Attwood/UnsplashIf you’ve been looking for a potent edible, but want to stay away from the sweets, here’s an easy way to enjoy all the THC-induced elation while filling up with nutritious-packed meals. This week we’ve got a light and simple recipe to incorporate cannabis into, a balsamic vinaigrette with a maple twist. Pour this delicious cannabis-infused salad dressing on your lunchtime greens or a dinner time grain-bowl for an additional punch of tang, savour, and of course, potency.
Infused Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons of infused olive oil (30mg THC/tbsp)
- Pinch of salt and pepper
If you own a magic butter machine this recipe couldn’t be any easier for you. Simply add all ingredients into your magic butter machine, lock the lid, set to blend, and hang out while your new cannabis salad dressing prepares itself!
For making this recipe without a magic butter machine, simply add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk thoroughly. You’ll be able to achieve the same great taste as the magic butter machine, but the THC won’t be dispersed as evenly. To fix this, mix thoroughly before applying to food each time.
As a salad dressing, bread dip, or veggie enhancer, this cannabis-infused vinaigrette is equal parts flavor and potency. Have other healthy cannabis recipes? Share in the comments below. Check out here for more delicious cannabis-infused recipes!
