Green Nurse Iowa, Carey Lee and Sherri talk about SAD – Seasonal Affective Disorder and how cannabinoids and other tools that support and nourish the endocannabinoid system may help during these dark winter months.

Carey Lee is our Green Nurse in Iowa educating patients on the ECS and safe use of cannabis as well as helping patients get their medical cannabis cards. She is a cannabis nurse, patient, advocate and works in the traditional system as a restorative nurse. Carey Lee has clinical experience with mental health disorders and chronic pain. Carey Lee was profiled on the show in May as to what brought her to cannabis nursing. Tonight we are going to discuss what it means to be both a patient and clinician with SAD.
