West Shanghai's Hongqiao CBD is set for a boost under new blueprint

The Shanghai government released its 14th Five-Year Plan for the Central Business District of Hongqiao International Hub for Opening Up today.

The plan notes that the CBD will be included in the integration of the Yangtze Delta and leverage the benefits brought by the China International Import Expo.
