What Are Terpenes – Uses in Cannabis

Terpenes in Cannabis is a tough topic to talk about, partly because it’s so based in chemistry and I’m no chemist….but today I will try to explain what terpenes are, both in Cannabis and in the plant world. We will talk about the common ones in weed as well as what is happening in the world of breeding terpenes and/or isolating them to make marijuana products smell and taste better. Example: THC-A Crystalline that has big flavor.
